About Modulhaus-Fertighaus
Modulhaus-Fertighaus is the specialist portal for modular, container and room module construction in the private segment in the entire German-speaking area (D-A-CH). We combine what builder-owners need for their decision: We compare prices per square meter, list providers and models and arrange free inquiries to suitable manufacturers on request. For classification we organize the prices by construction type – turnkey modular houses start 2026 from about 1,900 €/m² (up to around 3,200 €/m²), container houses are at approx. 1,500 to 2,600 €/m². The pure setup time of the prefabricated modules is 1 to 5 days. Modulhaus-Fertighaus is free for those interested in house construction. For qualified inquiries participating providers can pay a referral commission. We indicate operator, participation and partner relationships separately.
