Cancellation Policy

The online reservation on Modulhaus-Fertighaus is currently free and non-binding; you can terminate it at any time without formalities. For fee-based reservations the following statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies in addition.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us —

by means of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will fees be charged to you for this reimbursement.
